Dear friend,
Please do me a tremendous favor and read this letter through.
But first, a question:
A life of hard work (and hard play) starts to take its toll, doesn't it?
Those little creaks in our joints are getting a little achier, a little noisier.
And no matter what we do, or how we do it, the time has a way of marching on.
It's no secret that as time passes, our bones grow weaker, as well as the muscles that encase them.
Our energy levels take a noticeable dip and the activities we love, whether we're talking about working hard or working late, gardening or keeping up with kids, skiing, boating, or just getting out of bed in the morning...
It's just not as easy to spring into action anymore.
